Lease Options
Ok BP I think I have fianlly found what niche I want to Invest in. Lease OPTs... I have been sending approx 30 emails per day to FSBO's regarding selling their homes as lease opt deals. I get positive responses for the most part, however I can't seem to generate a buyers list for these deals. Any advice? Please let me know. I have a seller in Palmdale, CA, Upland, CA and few other places, I just need a little guidance.. Please advise.
