EDIT: the title should read "% below BPO

Can anyone post what the percentages below BPO the different loan type usually take? I'd like to hear some negotiators chime in on this one.

There are no automatic discounts. You need to justify any offer below BPO value and you need to do so with written third party support. Days are gone where you could count on a 20% discount to BPO.
