How do i find re-hab work with banks who own properties?
I'm in Chicago.
I rehab the inside of properties and get them ready for move in.
Complete clean-outs, wall repairing, painting and cleaning.
How do I find banks who own these properties?

Who in the bank is in charge of hiring for this work?
