Best foreclosure book?

I'm wanting to learn how to buy foreclosures. What books would you recommend reading to get up to speed on this subject?

I don't know if these are considered  "best books" but I found them very informative.. Available on Amazon

@Chris Cavner out of curiosity is there a reason you're looking for a book on purchasing foreclosures? Other than the contracts you'll deal with there's not really anything particularly different for you as a buyer versus any other purchase just the fact that you're buying from a lender versus a non-lender owner.

Just to clarify, when people refer to buying foreclosures in the way I'm assuming you are, that typically means a property that went to foreclosure auction and ended up as an REO (Real Estate Owned), aka owned by the lender. This property then became listed on the MLS or by an auction company to offload. This is different from purchasing a property pre-foreclosure (from an owner prior to foreclosure auction) or at the foreclosure auction itself.
