Needing some help with a multi family complex
I'm working a deal on a motel, it's on a golf course 3 swimming pools. My idea is to take the 88 rooms while rehabbing the rooms I will take down the wall splitting every two rooms and that would give me 40 1200sqft apartments the other 8 rooms are suits leaving them at 800sqft studio apartments. This is a deal I really don't want to pass on it is a larger project than I expected to be in being so early in the game of investing. Looking for a partner, to fund the rehab
