Occupied, can’t get access for co inspection. Please help
Anyone buying property in Essex county, Nj?
Recently buying occupied property from auction.com
To close the deal, I need to get the CO certificate from the township, but can’t get access the property, communicated with the town ,they say there is no way to get any CO without them to do the inspection. And bank told me if they can’t get the Co certificate, they can’t close, they need to cancel the sale.
Anyone has similar experience ? Please advice !!
