Tracking a property that recently went to auction.

The mortgage on the property was serviced by:

bac home loans servicing lp fka countrywide home loans servicing lp (Bank of America)

The loan was backed/insured by Fannie Mae.

So my question is, who will offer this REO?

Fannie Mae (Homepath) OR Bank of America REO?
