Indymac/OneWest Short Sale

Hi All,

Whats the latest news on working Indymac/Onewest short sales?

I read awhile back that they were not approving them because of the loss share agreement with the government. However more recently I've heard of people getting short sales approved with them.

Anyone here having success with these files?
