Hubzu listing ??????

So theirs a property that has been foreclosed now for over a year, Aug of 16 the property was first placed on hubz, since then it has had 16 price reductions still active on hubzu and the MLS, Ive already walked the property, needs a good size reno to bring it back up to par, the question is has anyone ever encounter a scenario like this, is there anyway to get an offer in, the auction on hubzu never meets the reserve the property is going to waste, the only occupants are all the cats living in the attic and garage lol

@Michael Gessner Have you tried reaching out to whatever bank owns it right now? (I'm assuming it is bank owned)
