Pre foreclosure website services

Have any of you used some of the foreclosure services online? Such as foreclosure dot com, propelio or myreipro? I usually use the county clerk website and search pre foreclosures but this does take a lot of time. I've tried some of the above mentioned websites to make it easier for searches but they seem to be inaccurate when crossing them with the county clerk website. Has anyone found something more accurate?

Thanks

@Ricardo Baker In texas, try roddy foreclosure list. Just google them. He breaks down the total amount owed, if there are any liens, helocs etc. He charges about 50 a month if I remember correctly but the list is pretty accurate.
