Bank owned REO - IRS lien

I am looking to buy a bank owned REO in NJ. How do I ensure that there are no liens on the property, especially IRS tax liens?

    Bank owned properties have the liens removed before putting them on the market. Title searches during due diligence will make sure there aren't any issues.
