Contact Info For Wells Fargo

The house across the street from one of our current projects was foreclosed on by Wells Fargo last June but has not been listed for sale.

We would like to purchase from the bank directly if possible. Does anyone have a contact number or know the best way go about purchasing directly from Wells Fargo?
