How to proceed with foreclosure prospect?

I've identified a foreclosure prospect on Redfin. How shall I proceed? I've obtained the name of the owner, a development group.  Should I try to obtain the bank name and try to communicate with the bank? How can I obtain more information about the property before going to the owners?
