Evicting Tenants after Foreclosure Georgia
Is there any law protecting tenants with a lease in Georgia after foreclosure (purchase at court house steps)? Wanted to start process immediately but wanted to make sure there were not any GA laws preventing this. I know some states do but I do not think GA does but wanted to hear from people who have done this in Georgia. I will try cash for keys too but wanted to also start eviction process.
