Hi guys. I was wondering if I could wholesale a Georgia Tax Foreclosure property that is being Auctioned off next week at courthouse? I kinda got these leads confused with Tax Delinquent property and have already paid to have these leads skip traced. Can I still proceed by contacting seller and making an offer???
