Anybody knows about Chinese sheetrock??
I’m a new investor, found my first foreclosure for rehab. Selling agent tell me that the property needs all Sheetrock remove due to damage. He mention that it is “Chinese Sheetrock”??? Before I have a chance to see the property, he said the askIng prIce can be reduces by $25,000??? Can anybody explain A) what is “Chinese Sheetrock” and B) why is he so eger to give me a $25K discount??
