Is there anything else that I can do on my end?

Hi All- I have a motivated seller, executor of an estate who’s mom passed away about 8 years ago and this property is a headache. There’s a judgement for $280K from a reverse mortgage that the lady should not have been able to sign according to her son. Her Dr. diagnosed her with alzheimers a year prior to signing. The house Is only only valued at $160-$205 (range from various sites) Zillow estimates Foreclosure Estimate: $82,006. I did my research, found out all the parties involved. I reached out to the lawyer representing the plaintiff (the house has not foreclosed yet, the estate still owns it but it is scheduled for auction in 2 weeks) The lawyer of coarse could not disclose a payoff amount to me so I called the executor and told him what to ask the lawyers. So far he’s game. The guy wants this headache gone, I just need that “magical #” My question is... is there anything else that I can do on my end to find out the payoff amount?
