Auction Property with existing mortgage
I purchased a property at a Constable's Sale in Texas that has a deed of trust and a mortgage. The mortgage is in the old owner's name. I can't convince the mortgage company to disclose the amount due and how to pay the balance. Does anyone have suggestions as to how to find out the balance, pay the balance and have full ownership of the property?
