Tax Records and Pre-forclosure Statuses!?

Hello all,

I am a local investor in NJ and I've been trying out different methods of finding off market deals. My main goal this week is to find houses that are either in Pre-foreclosure or have already been Foreclosed on. Does anyone know a good website, or any other ways where I can find these types of properties?

Also, does anyone know where I can find the current tax statuses on homes in NJ.

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated, Thanks!
