Short Sale Already Negotiated By Realtor

Hi All!
I have a friend in Las Vegas who is currently approved for a short sale that was negotiated by his realtor(end of July). Not surprisingly, the negotiated price was only 10K under the original overvalued price, and has done nothing to increase offers for the house.

I'd like to help him out, and potentially get this property into a price point where wholesale buyers are a consideration as well.

What are the options, if any, being that a short sale has already been negotiated through the realtor?
