You get what you pay for. That saying, paying for a preforeclosure list is about as worthless. "preforeclosure"? Define preforeclosure? If you mean, heading towards foreclosure because the borrower is delinquent on their payments, you wont' find a list with that information. That's called a credit report, and its not available to the public. Do you mean a list for those borrowers where a legal notice has been filed? The best "FREE" foreclosure list is the newspaper's public notice section.
