I’m having a really hard TIME finding preforeclosure homes or REO
I can't find a legitimate site that has accurate And updated listings to buy a REO //
PRE foreclosure homes in my area. Macomb County / Oakland county Michigan.
I did some research and indicated not every agent deals with these types of listings.
I don’t need financing .. cash offer-for homes 50k or under to buy outright.
Does anyone recommend someone I can use to find good deal on a home ? Or point me in the right direction.
