Buying Bankruptcy Auction
Does anyone have experience at buying at bankruptcy auction? I want to buy minerals rights (which is real property) at one and dont know what happens to the title. It would not be a warranty deed but the trustee's deed? If there are payments made by the oil company to the debtor would they then be transferred to me if I were to buy them?
