First Foreclosure Auction

My husband and I are attending our first foreclosure auction in Mckinney Texas tomorrow. 

We drove neighborhoods yesterday and today and purchased the Roddy programs including FLS, Title Searches, and Padhawk to gain as much information about each property as we can. 

I know it is short notice, but would anyone in the Collin County area like to meet up tonight to discuss their experiences at these auctions? We are new and very eager to learn if someone would like to share their knowledge we would love to buy you a meal : )

If anyone has advice that they could offer here, that would also be helpful
