Finding Pre foreclosure properties
Hey folk!
I'd like to buy our first home by purchasing a foreclosure. Now I know of a company call Retran that collects that data needed to contact the owner directly. I spent a morning at our bank asking the availability of their REO list. They politely informed that that information was pretty much exclusive to a sudden group of agents that the bank works with. So does any one here have any further means or methods to search out these properties? Thanks in advance.
