Forclosure...was forclosed by owner finacing ..
What are the rules.on forclosure.by owner financing.
Whats predatory lending..according to my contract i was charged..15000 + on escrow...for the loan .7500 for loan offocer.and bunch of other crap...my question is ..if im getting owner financing and it was esysblished from the beginnning.why even do escrow...and all those fines.all this time i was sendind cash to owners..not an institution.no bank ever sent me a late notice..or anything one day. Doughter of the owners calls me says im late 2 months i pay her 2 weeks later she calls says im 50 payments behind.on a modular home.that cost 189.000 in 2009.over priced.when a house where selling for 169.000 in watsonville ca.i put 31.000 down plus 10.000. Credit.supposebly.in 2017 i still owed 169.000 mean while in my face there selling same modular for 89.000 .in 09 market crashed..i lost my house and rentals.but managed to save for diwn payment.i have a case ..im sure but need help.most attorneys wont help becouse its a modular..they took my house .my kids home all our belongings cars.walked away with nithing more than what we could fit in my trunk...been hme less with 3 teens..is not recomended..sad hungry noghts cold.unsure.destroyed..humiliated.i fought .its been almost 2 years.house is still vacant...the Ford Family in Moss Landing Ca...hearless ..i dont want the house ..i need help to file lawsuit...we need justice.im not the only person they pulled the same scam on..theres more familyes.they take your money.then they fabricate make up scams to get rid of you...and them keeping your house....this hone supposebly was auctioned off but i checked the county.and never was home was to sell and pay debt.and return change to us..never happened.
