Mailing out letters to homeowners
What is the likelihood of getting a response from a homeowner that is in foreclosure when you mail letters to their address and they don’t live there any more? I’ve tried many ways to get numbers but I am new about 5 days new at this but working on properties with my mentor every day with many questions it seems.
