Different Types of Lis Pendens

Hello Everyone,

I was searching online records for letters of pre foreclosure that was sent out. I came across various types of "Lis Pendens". I was wondering if anyone could explain the different types? Or which one should I look under to view the first notice that was sent to the resident?

Lis Pendens Foreclosure, Lis Pendens Discharge, Lis Pendens Foreclosure and Recovery, Lis Pendens in REM, and Lis Pendens Recovery.
