REO and contingencies

Found a property that is REO. They are asking for highest and best offer by EOB Friday (tomorrow) and the property is "sold as is"

Does this mean if I make an offer and it gets accepted by the bank, that I do NOT get a due diligence period?

Whatever your contract says, if they sign it, is what  happens. Now maybe its a hot market and they pass on your offer to take one without a DD. You wont get them to renegotiate any repairs or anything tho. Banks just dont do that.
