Violations NYC - Previous Owner
Hi! Interested in purchasing REO property. However this property has many DOB and ECB violations. Is anybody aware/knowledgeable if NYC will provide waiver on penalties for violations to new owner? Happy to fix violations to be complaint but not pay any penalties. All these violations were made by previous owner. Property is currently owned by a bank.
