Cutting Timber on Tax Property
I am currently in the process of purchasing a property off of the post auction sales list in Arkansas. It is a small tract of vacant, heavily wooded property. It will be about February before the litigation period up.
My question is can I have the trees cut before I get a quiet title could that cause me issues later if something were to come up in the quiet title process?
