How to start with pre-foreclosure ?

Hi all,

I am a cash buyer and running fix and flip business in Columbus OH for 2 years.

I am living in NJ ocean township and I have been reading about foreclosure and pre-foreclosure.

I understand the concept and the process and I mostly interesting in pre-foreclosure.

How can I find information about owners that their house going for foreclosure? Before the bank\City\Sherriff put the house for auction?

I have the equity and I want to start pre-foreclosure business in NJ.

Any recommendations? Advises?
