Negotiating Short Sales
Do we need a debt adjuster license to process and negotiate short sales?
I haven’t been able to find very clear info on this.
For those of you who have experience with this, how do you get the buyer to pay the processing fee on each file?

@Talha Shahid It sounds like you may be wanting to assign the contract after you have negotiated the contract. That will never be allowed.
