Good afternoon. Looking for some advice on whether or not it is possible to have a listing cart setup for only distressed property. My wife is a newer agent, and she is telling me her listing cart solution can only be based on area and price range. There is no real options for what type of property.
Looking for some guidance from the experienced folks on BP on the best place to zero in on distressed properly currently listed in the MLS.
Has she found solutions yet? Her broker and local MLS should be able to guide her and each MLS is different.
Ours has the ability to separate REO's or short sales plus has the ability to use search words such as ‘fixer, investor, as-is...'etc etc, so that if the listing agent used such words in their description then the property will show up in that search.
