Brother townhouse is getting foreclosure by owner
My brother townhouse is being foreclosure on from the people he rent from some how he heard the note is $400.00 and he payes $850.00. The owner is back 4 months on the mortgage. Is it a way he can pay the back balance the owner owes on the property and take over the townhouse payments and get them to sign a quit to claim deed? Or any information on what you think!!
