Need help researching a foreclosure in Williamson County Austin TX

I was interested in buying a certain foreclosure and am good at a particular area in Austin. I found one but my friend tells me that it has an IRS lien. He won't tell me how he found out online. I usually research on the Williamson County Clerk's website.
