Dead end on tax lien redemption/foreclosure

Anyone have any experience with foreclosing/redeeming on a tax lien when the original owner is deceased? Thanks, cindy

@Cindy Driscoll you can do the foreclosure yourself however if you sell, your buyer may not be able to get title insurance.  Without title insurance, your buyer will not get financing. One strategy is to sell with owner financing.
