One of the condos we are looking at in Minneapolis is listed higher than the market value and also way above the price for another condo listed in the same location.  Looks like they are competing with open-door / Zillow and other Ibuyers to artificially inflate the prices.  It has been a month in the market now.  Say if Fannie Mae  bought the property for 250K, what are the chances of us winning if we make an offer for 260K.
