Dealing With Spanish Speaking Tenants
If you don't speak Spanish how do you do it? If you want to rent to people that primarily speak other languages how do you do it? I would never turn away someone that doesn't speak English but I have to communicate to the tenant his rights as a tenant and mine as a landlord. Thoughts?
