VA Construction Loans
Hey, I've used a VA loan before, personal residence. Rather than house hack it for a fourplex, which feels like a unicorn in my market, I'd like to build one. I know it's a process, I have a few years of graduate school left, so I don't mind slow and steady on the project.
Has anyone had luck using VA construction loans? Should I just cold call 100+ mortgage brokers and find one that is va construction loan savvy in my market?
