Looking to scale up SFH to du/tri/quad using househack or Brrr???

Hello all,

I am trying to scale up from my sfh investment. It's my 2nd sfh investment property and am looking to scale up with my next investment. Not sure if I should look for a BRRR property or a house hack in the atlanta/georgia area. If anyone has done either of these recently in this market, I'd love to connect with you!
