Seattle MasterMind Group?

Gauging interest in starting a MasterMind group focusing on Multifamily.  It would be great to meet up regularly with a few other Seattle/Eastside based Real Estate Investors that are active (doing or investing) in MF.  I saw another thread on this topic that seems to have gone cold (5 years old), so starting a new one.

My idea for the group is to find likeminded people to get together, network, share ideas, discuss deals, offer recommendations, and provide accountability.
