Starting on acquiring a 5-25 unit

Any experienced investor/agents here who could provide some starters on how do I go about acquiring 5-25 unit? Where do I start?

Financing is very different. Everything else is pretty much the same. Don't overcomplicate it. Focus on money, team and know how to underwrite. All the best.
