Hey everyone, looking for recommendations on underwriting multifamily properties. I want to learn how to create my own spreadsheet to analyze properties so that I can bring value to future partnerships. Thanks!

Hi @Jonathan Stevens you don't have to re-invent the wheel when someone has already spent days, maybe months developing this. I personally use the SDA from Michael Blank. It actually comes with training videos. Price is very reasonable. Good Luck to you!
