Hi all! 

In February, we closed on our first syndication (32 unit motel listed via Airbnb, $1.3M Cap Raise) so we have experience in the space. 

I'm currently looking for a solid mastermind/network focused on multifamily deals, specifically capital raising so that I can learn more from accomplished CMF veterans that have raised millions! Let me know if anybody ahs any recommendations and/or referrals!
