Hey everyone,

I’m looking to house hack a multi family but would want it to be turnkey ideally so I’d love to get in contact with some flippers in the area. Main areas I’m looking to invest are Point Breeze, East Kensington, Port Richmond, Brewerytown, East Passyunk and Grays Ferry. Would love to connect with anyone is interested!
