Looking for multifamily broker in Chattanooga
Hi All,
I'm looking for an agent or broker experienced with multifamily properties. We're just wrapping up our most recent investment in east TN and are now looking for a small apartment in the Chattanooga MSA (likely in the 5-20 unit range). If anyone can help or refer someone I'd greatly appreciate it!

I’d highly recommend Mike Kelly with scenic south properties. He knows the ins and outs of every neighborhood extremely well and has contacts in the business as well as owns rentals himself. He has been helping me shop for a couple properties this year (unfortunately didn’t close due to a fire the week before closing and a seller going mia).
