Explore multifamily in illinois
Hello All,
My name is Parth and have been diligently following Biggerpockets for the past 8 months.
I recently bought a studio in lake view area to start with and am ambitious to scale.
After a lot of listening to Podcasts I feel renting out a multifamily home will be a good strategy for me Personally.
I already have a full time Job in tech hence do not want to invest time in flipping/ paying huge amounts in renovations.
I am a group of
People with similar goals and help me scale in the real estate world.
Any suggestions on upcoming ares for multi family , etc will be highly appreciated.
