Triplex with ugly/dark basement question!
Hi folks!! Just curious about a triplex, everything looks amazing except for the basement. Cash on cash would be about 27% purchase price 228k huge open parking each of the 3 units are each 3 bedrooms,1 bath. The basement is dark and since im an out of state investor the walls look a bit scary. Any advice?
