I’m a first time homebuyer and I would like to invest in a small residential multi family duplex however my budget is only around 250,000 i’m looking to hopefully get some thing between Eugene and Roseburg Oregon however I’m open to buying anywhere in the state of Oregon I’ve seen a few that have popped up within the price range that I can afford using Zillow and realtor.com I was hoping to get some recommendations on realtors that specializes in multi family homes in Oregon Who could help me get access to more Multi family homes within my price range
